Please send me the available profiles for the below mentioned position *Position:* Network Engineer *Location:* Richmond VA *Length:* 24 months+ *Responsibilities: * Key Accountabilities: - Set up of daily, weekly, monthly schedules - Resolve scheduling issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner. - Supports Application Deployment in Production for all LOBs. - Perform Application Code Promotion on distributed, mainframe and PeopleSoft platforms while utilizing Enterprise Change Management program and standard processes and tools - Perform permanent changes/ new builds and decommissioning of Application Batch Schedules using Control-, CA7, TWS or Tidal on distributed and mainframe platforms - Perform Code Promotions using Phire, Changeman and Clear Case. - Regular hours of operation US 8 AM to 5 PM EST, with on-call services for remaining hours. - Ticket resolution of production issues assigned to group. - Proactively identify production risks and create actionable mitigation plans - Reduce Defects - Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment. - Adhere to and enforce Production Control Standards across the enterprise. - Support release activity in both the mainframe and open systems environment. Key Competencies: - At least 2 years Control , CA7, TWS or Tidal experience or other enterprise scheduler. - Experience with release management tools such as Change man, Endevor, Harvest, people Soft, Clear Case. - Ability to organize, prioritize and perform complex construction of intricate batch schedules within a multi-platform environment. - Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime. - Oncall rotation. - Demonstrated knowledge of IT infrastructure technology such as IBM Mainframe, Distributed systems. - Some experience with job scripting and JCL. - Manage operational requests and assist in the escalated triage of support issues, working with diverse user groups.
