*Responsibilities*
- Provides phone and desk side support to customers in the areas of
E-mail, Active Directory user accounts and passwords, standard Windows
desktop applications, and proprietary applications specific to the Pentagon
environment.
- Serves as initial point of contact for troubleshooting
hardware/software PC and printer problems.
- Disconnect existing computer systems and install new VDI zero-client
machines.
- Conduct analysis of product installations, modifications and
enhancements in accordance with documented procedures and specific customer
specifications.
- Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical
solution in accordance with product and customer specifications and
recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative
product solution.
- Assesses customer needs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers and
act as local on-site representative to for this deployment.
*Requirements*
- *Must have excellent communication* and strong customer service
support skills and ability to follow instructions.
- *Active Secret Clearance*
- *Security+ CE Certification*
- *At least one Microsoft/Cisco/CompTIA certification, including, but
not limited to:*
- *MCP, MCSA, MCTS, MCITP*
- *CCNA, CCENT, CCNP*
- *HP CSA*
- *Linux+, Server+*
