Could you please go through the below job description and please send me your consultants updated resumes ASAP!!* *Note:- F2F required after successful telephonic Interview and we will consider local resources who is local to PA area.* - Gather requirements and define acceptance criteria leveraging user stories in an agile environment. - Document, review and update agile-centric business and functional requirements based on client’s feedback. - Serve as a business liaison between client and agile scrum project teams. - Provide business and technical requirements and agile documentation support/direction for Java development teams. - Have primary responsibility for deliverables, such as business and functional requirements documents in agile environment. - Ensure that the team follows the development standards, guidelines, and development methodology as specified in the agile development and testing approach - provide input into development and testing to ensure a quality product. - Responsible for some portions of QA coordination of the project (coordination of resources and environments). - Assist scrum master and project manager with planning, including scope, milestones, schedule, resources and deliverables. - Assist in the development of agile status reports regarding project team progress. - Ensure appropriate level of controls is applied to work efforts, including security requirements, to ensure efficient delivery of robust, effective business solutions. - Participate in and lead system testing efforts using agile methodology. - Assist business clients in developing requirements and integrating systems. - Required Skills and Experience - Recent, significant experience gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria leveraging user stories in an agile environment within a large (20+ person) team on enterprise software projects with different business owners - Experience within big pharma, banking, finance, insurance, or other highly-transactional systems environment that produces very large amounts of data - B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems - Experience within iterative development methodologies, specifically SCRUM - Experience documenting J2EE and Oracle software designs specifically - Experience working with business and technical staffs to define, document, and track software requirements and design - Experience working in multiple Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) - Most recent roles should show increasing responsibility as BA in agile environment - General knowledge of testing methodology (white vs. black box testing, function vs. path testing, etc.) *Preferred Skills and Experience:* - Experience using HP Quality Center or equivalent test management solutions - Experience within continuous integration environments using Atlassian tools - Someone who is energetic and passionate about their work, extremely positive and solution driven -- *Thanks&Regards,* * Kiran Kumar,* * 847-307-5966.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
