Let me know if you are comfortable on below requirement. *Sr. Business Analyst with development exp with Java/c/c++* *Location- Albany NY* *Duration- 12 months contract* *Interviews will be phone/Skype* *Responsibilities* Peforms complex analyses of business goals, objectives and needs of the gen eral business environment to align information technology solutions with bu siness initiatives for a complex account. Serves as a subject matter expert and the liaison between technical personn el and non-technical personnel. Plans and designs complex business processes and system modifications. Makes recommendations to improve and support business activities. Gathers business requirements through a variety of techniques sucha as work sessions and interviews. Analyzes and documents client complex business requirements and processes; c ommunicates these requirements to appropriate parties. Creates complex test case scenarios to be used in testing; monitors/oversees the testing of business applications to verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the system design. Creates logical and innovative solutions to complex problems, presents proposals to stakeholders, works closely with stakeholders examining existing business models and flows of data and designs an appropriate improved IT solution and works closely with developers and a variety of stakeholders to ensure technical compatibility and stakeholder satisfaction. *Minimum Qualification* *1.* Strong knowledge of SDLC, software development concepts, prac tices and procedures *2.* Strong written and communication skills are must with the abili ty to transform complex business requirements into technical specifications *3.* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipli ne or equivalent work experience will be considered *4*. Must have at least 4 years of experience in developing software with experience in * a.* Writing sql query and navigating database *b.* Java, c/c++ or some other software language* c*.Creating Unit test cases and execute them *5*. Must have 6+ years of interaction with end users to understand and document business and functional requirements for complex projects, as w ell as collaborating with technical teams across the full software development life cycle. *6*. Must have 6+ years of Developing systems requirements, design ing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and imp lementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. *7*.
