Business Analyst Location: Maryland Duration: 6 mths + Must have experience in working with* Oracle and doing simple SQL Queries and have some knowledge of the development layers ( Portal , Services, Data)* Past knowledge of being involved in Build project where they had the experience of working in the SDLC process is also key. Example: The BA team receives an email from the Service Desk or the ticket is assigned to the BA group. The team opens the ticket, analyzes the issue and sends out an email to the user that the issue is being worked upon and assigns it to the appropriate technical group for resolution.
