Experience working and leading large enterprise scale BI projects, preparing project plans, proactively managing project risks and issues, managing end user expectations and ensuring that project scope is contained and delivered as agreed 2. Act as the central point of coordination and management of design, development, testing and support 3. Experience working in Agile/Scrum based environment 4. Ability to utilize technical skills/experience to improve business processes, system feature/functions, usability and performance 5. Demonstrate understanding of business requirements analysis that follows industry best practices 6. Work with internal customers and product management teams to determine business requirements and write functional/technical specifications 7. Promote proactive and cooperative relationships working within diverse work groups, business stakeholders and partner teams 8. Work closely with solution management, development, test, support and architecture teams across international time zones and deliver quality solutions to our business 9. Be a self-starter that can maintain focus and deliver results consistently *Primary Skills/Must Have:* 1. 5-8 years of related experience in project management, process analysis, and applications delivery 2. 5+ years or more of development experience working on large enterprise scale BI projects 3. Excellent communication skills and a successful track record of project delivery 4. Sound problem resolution, team building, judgment and decision making skills 5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field *Secondary Skills/Nice to Have:* 1. 5-8 years of related experience in large IT implementations using the Microsoft technologies stack 2. Certified PMP professional 3.
