Please let me know your interest. *Role:* ERP Project Manager *Location:* Cincinnati, OH *Length:* 6 Months + *Mode of hire:* Contract *Interview Type:* Phone / Skype *Position Summary:* The client has a large enterprise program that as it continues to rollout requires the establishment of a new data governance process. The governance process will provide data visibility, quality, and ensure that overall data efforts are tracking towards the program's goals and schedule. For this position we are looking for Project Manager candidates with excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills. In addition we are looking for someone who has successful experience working on large ERP projects along with experience driving data conversion and data governance. *Essential Job Functions:* · Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules. · Establish and update project plans and budgets with actual and forecasts and, with assistance, manage deviations from plan and project parameters. · Conduct project meetings, project tracking and analysis. · Ensure all project objectives are clearly documented, approved and delivered to meet customer needs. · Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables. · Communicate timely project status to all stakeholders. · Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues. · Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. · Strong focus on Scope, Schedule, and Budget planning and management. *Minimum Position Qualifications: * · 7 - 10 years Senior Level Project Manager experience. · Leadership position delivering large and complex projects · Project Management experience leading new development (SDLC), packaged software implementation, and large system enhancement type projects. · Experience leading a highly matrixed project team. · Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget. · Solid knowledge and ability to apply the systems development and project management life-cycle processes involved with implementing I.T. solutions. · Expertise in applying the systems development and project management life-cycle processes involved with implementing I.T. solutions. · Proven problem solving and organizational skills. · Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation. · Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization. · Ability to travel as needed. · Bachelor's degree or related equivalent work experience. *Preferred Position Qualifications:* · Experience in procurement processes such as RFI, RFP, Contracts, Statements of Work, and Vendor Management. · Experience with MDM practices of Data Governance, Data Stewardship and Data Quality · Experience in large ERP/Data project implementations · PMP certification highly preferred. -- *CHRIS* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *703-349-1074* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
