*Duration*: *9+ Months* *Job Role: *Network Support Analyst *Location: Bloomington, IL, United States* Job description: This position is for a Converged Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks. It is for 1st shift in Phoenix with a schedule of Mon-Fri 7am - 3:15pm. - Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP) - Installation experience - Application Configuration Support Knowledge - Infrastructure troubleshooting - Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience - Experience with Multiple instances of UCCE using ICM to ICM gateways - Knowledge of adjunct connectivity - CTIOS troubleshooting server side - TCP/IP networking fundamentals - Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management) - Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful - Self Directed, Team player, Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people “In order to foster communication and timely resolution of outages, analysts located in Bloomington and Phoenix will be located, on a regularly scheduled basis, in an area where a video camera with phone will operate continuously.
