Of these, the candidate should have at least 7+ years in a position where they have been managing programs or large, complex infrastructure projects. The position requires a resource who can communicate and work collaboratively across various levels of client management, vendors and contractors. The candidate should be able to interact with technical as well as non-technical colleagues. The resource must be self-sufficient in structuring their own work and moving it forward and communicating effectively to remove road blocks. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to establish and convey a well thought out point of view are essential. Experience managing project financials and project budgets is preferred. *Skills Required * BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Experience devising a project charter and establishing the project structure Excellent written and oral communications skills that are audience appropriate with appropriate style and delivery to influence audience at various levels of seniority.
