Person also needs to have working knowledge of Microsoft* office (Excel/PowerPoint). In addition responsible for leveraging the Appian process, performing weekly operational, data analytics and business analysis for all department trends and requirements. Person should have above average troubleshooting skills. 80% of job is linux based.
