Develop and execute formal test plans based on the review of project specifications and release notes to ensure the quality delivery of software applications. This will involve creating and executing test specification from design requirements, analyzing and reporting test results and reporting on defect resolution. The incumbent will be responsible for writing test cases and test scripts, assuring traceable coverage. Tasks will include writing test cases and scripts within the company established project management documentation deliverable guidelines, against detailed requirements specifications. Individual will be overseeing testers and reporting to project head. *Skills * *Required skills include a high level of experience with writing detailed test cases to validate requirements, and test scripts that detail how to test a requirement.* *Conduct the testing. * *Generate test report.* *Familiar with Matlab coding and testing. * Knowledge of project management methodology. *Must be expert with visual studio and test manager.* Individual will review requirements and create corresponding test cases with detailed test steps .
