Job Title : Sr. UX Developer (level III or IV) *Duration : 5 months*
*Location : Quincy, MA 02171* *Citizenship Status:* US Citizen preferred; will consider Green Card *Position Details:* *User Experience Designer Role Expectations:* • Establish the visual appearance of all new features and enhancements to the solution • Establish the user interface framework for the entire solution • Drive the development and communication of user interface design guidelines, patterns and libraries • Design elegant solutions to complex workflows. • Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to the usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective • Specialist with in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards. • Develop screen mock-ups, behavioral specifications and personas. *Skills Required* (*provide specific details around tools, client environment, certifications needed, etc):* • 5-7 years experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, graphic design, art/creative director or similar role • An informed set of core values regarding user experience, user research, usability, technology, and business communication and the ability to present them with eloquence and concision. • An online portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into strong and unique creative vision. • Knowledgeable of accessibility requirements such as WCAG and Section 508. • Strong user experience skill set including strategy, information architecture, and design aesthetic • Experience with Photoshop, Visio, and iRise • Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments • Excellent oral and written communication skills Skills Years of experience Skills last used (month/year) Total exp User experience designer, interaction designer, graphic design, art/creative director or similar role Knowledgeable of accessibility requirements such as WCAG and Section 508 Photoshop, Visio, and iRise HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
