*   We are currently seeking for SalesForce Project managers for various
locations in US. Hope fully it will be a remote project. It is a 6+ months
contract assignment and it is through one of my prefer vendor. Could you

* Experience in designing and developing software components and having a
very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
* Experience in Salesforce.com with end to end implementation experience.
* Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different
business systems as well as working with integration tools.
* Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java,
JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
* Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with
APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com
from scratch.
* Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce
configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange
deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
* Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current
and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
* Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and
Actions, and Approval Workflow.
* Programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL,
Oracle.
* Minimum 8-10 direct experience in all aspects of developing and
implementing solutions for applications (including workflow).
* Proven experience in SFDC implementations.
* Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and
implementation of software solutions.
* Direct, hands-on experience with automated software management tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Team leads for small or module leads for large teams.
* Responsible for delivery of assigned module/ components /phases of a
project.
* Responsible for people Management, including goal setting and providing
performance feedback
* Responsible for Status reporting
* Responsible for guiding the development team.
* Responsible for estimation, planning and execution - with specific focus
on requirement analysis and design
* Responsible for Knowledge transfer and arriving at SLAs for steady state
* Technical problem solving skills
