Additionally, BMC Remedy and other applications in the service management space migrations or integrations are required. *Description of Work to Be Performed and the Specific Skill Sets Needed: * The Project Manager must be dedicated, self-sufficient, and demonstrate a history of accountability and delivery of complex projects using Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) methods to Envision, Plan, Build, Stabilize and Deploy. Seeking an experienced System Center Service Manager project manager to join a dynamic team looking to integrate Service Manager solutions; multiple departments’ in county environment and deliver on strategic service management initiatives. The successful candidate has the ability to work with a cross-functional team of architects, developers, business and operations teams (Enterprise Service Desk) to support enterprise service management using existing tools such as BMC-Remedy and MS SCSM. This role is a direct contributor to the continued maturity of service management and be a part of the team involved in the development of service management planning, standards and process.
