I hope you are doing great!! We are currently seeking for Senior Data Analysts for MD area. It is a 6+ months contract assignment and it is through one of my prefer vendor. Could you please go through the below job description and please send me your comfortable status regarding this!! Analyze large data sets to gain an understanding of the data, Client data anomalies, and look for ways to leverage data in support of the company mission. Assist with the integration of data from disparate sources to help define an enterprise class analytical data platform Document key business processes and data transformations Maintain relationships with functional and technical staff across the enterprise to understand data requirements and usage patterns across multiple applications. Document technical requirements for a data warehouse/data integration platform Help to define and populate a metadata repository by writing descriptions for data elements that provide business context so that the data can be understood by technical and functional staff. Required Skills Experience defining data specifications for a large department or enterprise Requirements/Analyst work on an enterprise class data project Understand data models and metadata models Experience with data profiling, cleansing, conversion Strong SQL, especially using analytic SQL functions Business Analysis using process modeling methodologies (RUP, CMMI, BPM, User Stories, etc.) Solid foundational knowledge of data warehousing, metadata management, and master data management (MDM). Understanding of/experience with ETL methods and tools. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal skills.
