Role: Tableau Developer Work Location : Santa Clara, CA Start Date : ASAP Rate : Best Duration : 6-12 Months. Tableau expert: This person should be able to manage and expand current tableau environment. Should be able to advice on complex visualizations, can design and implement tableau security, work with other team members to establish right physical architecture/layout. Experience : Must have skills • 6 – 10 years progressive experience in deploying & maintaining analytic solutions, with at least 3 -5 years on the Tableau • Must have performed administrative and support activities across a multi-environment Tableau infrastructure including security administration, release management, troubleshooting and general systems maintenance • Must have implemented Tableau security on data as well dashboard/worksheet/report using Tableau server/desktop • Extensive hands-on experience server level experience on Windows and Linux servers • Very good problem solving skills • Minimum 3-5 years working with Tableau, creating visuals, building dashboards, and customization to meet needs of end-user • Experience with designing complex dashboards taking advantage of all tableau functions including data blending, actions, parameters, etc. • Experience with connecting to multiple data sources including Oracle, MS Access, SQL Server, Excel and others • Ability to use custom SQL for complex data pulls Additional skills ; Nice to have skills • Experience on other BI tools like OBIEE (Oracle BI) is plus • Experience integrating Tableau into various external environments (such as websites, sharepoint, other apps etc.) • Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, Javascript is plus • Nice to have Data Warehouse and ETL skills with one of ETL tool experience • Nice to have analytical skills. • Experience with metadata repositories -- *CHRIS* *Chris@ <[email protected]>ksourceinc.com <http://ksourceinc.com>* *469-213-1611* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
