*Job responsibilities will include: *

*•Fully participate as an equal in the daily design and planning activities
in which the product team engages.*

*•Apply your passion for test and QA by acting as the "Voice of Quality "
(VoQ) on our products, processes, and activities.*

*•Test support cases fixes and participate in manual testing on regular
ongoing projects under test.*

•Respond quickly and efficiently to rapidly changing situations without
losing sight of the long term strategic goals and vision.



*Essential Skills:*

*•At least 8-10 years of experience testing multi tier client-server
applications, preferably in a Windows environment.*

*•Candidate needs to have experience testing .Net / C# applications.  *

*•Thorough knowledge of the development lifecycle*

•Experience in both functional/black-box testing and white/grey-box testing
at the system level

•Experience authoring test cases and test procedures from prototypes,
technical specifications, requirements documents and use cases.

•Experience authoring test plans and test cases covering the full scope of
testing activity for an entire iteration of a development lifecycle

•Grounding in a formal testing methodology

*•Contribute to the implementation of automation principles with the QA
team*

*•5+ years’ experience testing relational databases; strong SQL skills a
must*

•Solid grasp of the fundamentals of test case design and management

•Demonstrable experience performing independent estimation and task
management activities



*Experience with or knowledge of any of the following would be a major
plus: *

•*Experience working with integrated framework e.g. TFS*

*•Experience working within an agile development environment (ex: Scrum,
kanban, XP, lean, etc.)*

•Experience designing and managing performance testing of web applications

•Experience developing .Net components (Application, Unit test, *Custom
functional test) preferably with C# *

•Experience working in a small collaborative work environment

•Good understanding of source management techniques and discipline
