They would does need to be onsite in PA and they will hire from a phone interview. This resource must be an Administrator and have admin skill sets, including tuning, troubleshooting , upgrades and installations This contractor should have the following experience: Tibco Administrator . Experienced Tibco Admin , skill sets to include Tibco EMS , TIBCO BW and adapters. Upgrade experience. Installation and support capabilities. Minimal development needed. Solid understanding of RedHat Linux version 5 & 6. TIBCO ASG , Application Gateway and Tibco Business Connect exp BELOW ARE THE MUST HAVE VS.
