The resource will be responsible for managing client projects in post-sale environments, and additionally responsible for leading internal projects to advance our clients ERP and other adapter technology components. Working with both the Professional Services and Engineering teams, the resource will quickly assess business needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the client?s satisfaction. Responsibilities: ·Translation of customer business requirements into workable technical solutions ·Develop configuration and customization specifications for integration projects, typically involving integration with major ERP systems ·Develop action plans according to customer specifications for system customization, including training and support to the resulting integrated solutions. ·Work collaboratively with our client?s product management and engineering teams to identify, define, design and implement enhancements to ERP and other third-party system connectors and point integration. ·Communicate on technical project progress to internal and external stakeholders, including adherence to budgets and delivery timeframes. ·Frequent communication with the PM on the status of all work in progress. ·Facilitate knowledge transfer from pre-sales to implementation to post go-live support phases for all aspects of ERP integration, system customization and other technical components of integrated service delivery. ·Participate in sales activities by both serving as our client?s internal expert on ERP and other systems integration, demonstrating integrated system functionality to potential customers and other activities as necessary to support the sales process. ·May be called upon to make presentations, both internal and external, on all aspects of our client?s integration and technical interface components and processes. -- *Thanks&Regards,* * Kiran Kumar,* * 847-307-5966.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
