Job Description : You have high level responsibility for the analysis and design of next generation enterprise data warehouse with flexible and scalable data and ETL architecture sourcing data from heterogeneous structured and unstructured systems to provide highly demanding data services for operational and analytical reports and other downstream systems. You will provide leadership and guidance to a team technical experts comprising of Solution Architects, Data Modelers and Data Analysts, ETL Tech Lead/Designer and ETL Developers and handle the most complex technical and project management challenges. You will also work with management and cross functional peers on long-range projects requiring creative solutions. *Essential Functions:* 1. Translate business requirements using complex methods/models to determine appropriate data warehouse solutions and data needs 2. Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams on data warehouse, data and ETL architecture 3. Source system analysis and data profiling 4. Project manage smaller DW projects 5. Closely partner with other data analysts, data modelers/architects, ETL architects to ensure integrated design and framework 6. Research, identify, test, certify, and select technology products required for solution delivery. 7. Provide to management team the status updates, recommendations and strategy planning support. 8. Provide mentoring and training to other associates at the same level or below on processes and tools; and to handle more complex issues/requests. 9.
