We are forming the automation team Automation resources for the centralized automation team Project Description: Will be working on multiple automation frameworks, specifically Selenium (webdriver with Java). In the beginning stages of the project. Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: RESPONSIBILITIES: * Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions. Assist with complex problems regarding testing approaches, application knowledge, and technical knowledge. * Document and summarize test results and report findings. * Develop and provide testing metrics and reports for the QA dashboard to effectively communicate test status to the test team and management. * Troubleshoot and resolve or recommend solutions to a diverse range of Complex software testing problems. Use judgment within defined policies and practices (includes software and technical documentation solutions). Skills Overview: What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate? MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 4-6 years of experience in developing test automation scripts (hands on experience a must) Recent hands on experience with writing Selenium scripts using Java.
