*Interview Mode: Phone* *EAD’s are not acceptable for this position.* *Job Description:* *Infrastructure Security Business Analyst : *from the Risk Management and Incident Management team is a key contributor on the Security Information Event Management (SIEM) Program deployment team at the client location. As a Core Team member, the Business Analyst will work with IT cross-functional teams to define and document business processes, gather requirements, and obtain information related to the security based tool Security Information Event Management (SIEM). Key deliverables encompass: •*Enterprise-wide Business Case for SIEM Initiative* *•Cross-functional SIEM Requirements* *•Use Case / workflow design* *•Business process engineering* •Test Plan *Position Requirements:* *Minimum of 5-8 years’* business analyst experience and familiarization with security operations and security systems management. *Experience working with cross-functional teams in a project oriented environment with a focus on elicitation of requirements, tracking, and testing.* Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills are required. •Gather and document requirements from the Information Security business unit stakeholders and work with the engineering team to ensure the needs of the business are being met. •Work with the project stakeholders to develop use cases for specific monitoring requirements and work with engineering to implement those requirements. •Provide information and support the development of project plans as it relates to the implementation of new processes, procedures and delivery of new technological platforms for information security. •*Develop Business Case for SIEM Project*. •*Create, review and revise documentation related to the security tools, inclusive of procedures, and workflow and design diagrams.* •Develop and document processes to improve the overall reporting capability in order to meet audit and regulatory requirements. •Lead discussions pertaining to continual process improvement efforts as it relates to the information security tools.
