Java Portal Lead Developer with JSP, Struts and Oracle PL/SQL experience
required. GWT and AJAX experience preferred. Excellent knowledge of
accepted engineering practices. Good analytical skills; the ability to
prioritize projects; good oral and written communication skills; and good
interpersonal skills. Previous telecommunications industry experience
helpful. The following skills are helpful but not required Toad,
Mercurial, JIRA, TeamCity, Scrum/Agile development.
• 8+ years of experience in a Java environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer facing Enterprise web
portal design and
development in a Java environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in large scale enterprise portal
design and development in a Java environment.

• Struts (JavaBean, JSP)
• Oracle 10g/11i
• PL/SQL
• Usability
Preferred Requirements
• Google Web Toolkit (GWT)
• Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX)

• Experience in customer facing portal design, development,
implementation, and support
• Good oral and written communication
• Good interpersonal Skills
• Good knowledge of accepted Software Engineering practices
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Troubleshoot issues, suggest performance improvements
• Install and configure content delivery services with multiple
deployment agents to deploy contents to various websites like intranet and
internet portals.
