Could you please go through the below job description and please send me your consultants updated resumes ASAP!!* *Job Requirements* - 5+ years of comprehensive experience in a systems support position - Complete understanding of Amazon webservices EC2, Auto Scaling, S3, Cloud, private network, back up and recovery etc. - Minimum of 6-10 years' experience between network and system administration in a Unix or windows environment, ideally mixed - Is proficient in system administration concepts and techniques and has working knowledge of specific IT infrastructure disciplines which could include hardware, software, databases, networking, installations, backups, etc. - Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, documentation and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team. - Able to identify issues and perform intermediate level troubleshooting techniques with little direction from manager or peers. - Knowledge of general network infrastructure technologies TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN/LAN - Strong experience with troubleshooting - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills - Ability to work closely with other IT staff and end users to resolve issues in a timely manner. - Experience in setting up a fault tolerant environment with HIPAA required security and protection - Experience in monitoring AWS environment with the ability to establish full back up and recovery at the data and server level. - Proven System Administration experience including installation, monitoring and upgrading of Linux servers. - Capability to perform capacity planning and trend analysis - Suggest New Hardware/Linux/Windows Architecture - Develop, propose and execute migration plan for new hardware and software architectures - Propose new Supported Server Applications products, architectures or configurations - Server Consolidation and Virtualization - Perform root cause analysis and provide recommend remediation - Experience in healthcare with knowledge of ePHI and HIPAA policies preferred - Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills. - Strong technical documentation skills 1. Solid verbal and written communication skills 2. Self Starter – works with minimal direction. 3. Outstanding time management skills to effectively meet multiple objectives. 4. Understanding and knowledge of the general software development life cycle. 5. Strong analytical thinking and process understanding. 6. Solid understanding of quality test planning and execution techniques.
