•6+ Years IT experience
•3+ Years Citrix experience
•Knowledge of Citrix Provisioning Services 6.1 (they use this for installs)
•Knowledge of Citrix 6.5 Enterprise Edition on 2008 R2
•Knowledge of Citrix Access Gateway Enterprise Edition
•Knowledge of VMWare ESXi 5.1
•Intermediate Citrix support experience with large scale deployments (1000+
subscribers)
•Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and network
administration.
