Qualifications · 3-5 years experience with Java and Java EE required. · Additional experience with Java, EJB, J2EE and XML skills a plus · Strong communication skills are required, including not only oral/written skills - but also including traits like professionalism, assertiveness, and the ability to appropriately speak their mind.
