Could you please go through the below job description and please send me your consultants updated resumes ASAP!! *Qualifications:* *BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology * *5+ years directly related professional experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.* *Leads work that is varied and that may be difficult in character, but usually involves significant responsibility.* *Competent in evaluation, with originality and/or ingenuity preferred.* *Evaluates, installs, tests, and maintains operating system and third party software products.* *Monitors and tunes I/O subsystems, operating systems, and online environments to meet service level agreements.* *Develops, tests, debugs, maintains and documents system exits, ACS routines, automation programs, operating system applications and procedures to enhance system functionality and availability.* *Provides policy level IT standards and procedures to improve quality assurance, system operation and performance, to maximize system resource utilization.* *Under limited supervision, formulates/defines specifications for complex operating software programming applications or modifies/maintains complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer.* *Designs, codes, tests, debug, and document those programs.* *Usually responsible for applications dealing with the overall operating system, such as sophisticated file maintenance routines, large telecommunications networks, computer accounting and advanced mathematical/scientific software packages.* *May have responsibility for the evaluation of new and existing software products.
