I hope you are doing great!! We are looking for senior SQL Reports developers for Sacramento, CA . It is a 24+ months long term contract assignment and it is through one of my preferred vendor. Could you please go through the below job description and please send me your consultants updated resumes ASAP!! *Note *:- Please send me the candidates who are local to CA area. *TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS* The candidate must have at least eight (8) years of experience working as a reports developer creating and fine tuning SQL reports from data stored in various relational databases; The candidate must have at least eight (8) years of experience developing complex SQL queries; developing detailed SQL reporting specifications; aggregating, analyzing, validating, and/or reconciling data from heterogeneous data sources, (e.g. MS SQL Server, MS Access, Oracle, XML files, CSV files, text files, etc.); The candidate must have at least five (5) years of experience monitoring the performance of reports and taking corrective action to optimize or improve the performance of the reports when necessary; The candidate must have at least six (6) years of experience working with Microsoft products/tools such as SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, SQL Server Reporting Services, etc.; The candidate must have at least three (3) years of experience working with Oracle products/tools such as, Oracle databases, Reports, Discoverer, etc.; The candidate must have at least three (3) years of experience working with Crystal Reports in the areas of data warehousing, enterprise business data reporting, metadata registry, etc.; The candidate must have at least two (2) years of experience designing and implementing business intelligence (BI) reports using various BI reporting tools such as MS SSAS/SSRS, SAP Business Objects and/or NetWeaver BI, Oracle Enterprise BI Server, SAS Enterprise BI Server, IBM Cognos, etc.; The candidate must have understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
