* We are seeking for senior Java/J2ee Architects for IA ( Different
Locations ). It is a 12+ months long term contract assignment and it is
through one of my Direct Clients. Could you please go through the below job
description and please let me know your comfortable status regarding this!!*
Java Portal Certified Scrum Master, Lead Developer with JSP, Struts and
Oracle PL/SQL experience required. GWT (Google web tool )and AJAX
experience highly preferred. Excellent knowledge of accepted engineering
practices. Good analytical skills; the ability to prioritize projects; good
oral and written communication skills; and good interpersonal skills.
Previous telecommunications industry experience helpful. The following
skills are helpful but not required Toad, Mercurial, JIRA, TeamCity.
• 8+ years of experience in a Java environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer facing Enterprise web
portal design and
development in a Java environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in large scale commercial portal
design and development in a Java environment.
Responsibilities include portal project expansion, enhancement, support,
and maintenance of a customer self-service web portal for a large
telecommunication provider. Experience in eliciting and documenting
Business Requirements, design - wireframe, Markup - quick prototyping,
Conversion/migration strategy from one platform to other,
developing/driving an implementation roadmap, Single Sign-On (SSO)
concepts, and integration through Enterprise Businessware to other legacy
applications preferred
