We are seeking for Kronos SME Configuration consultants for Irving, TX.
It is a 18+ months contract assignment and it is through one of my
preferred vendor. Could you please go through the below job description and
please send me your consultants updated resumes ASAP!!
*Required*
- Proficiency in Kronos configuration
- Kronos functional expertise as a user or senior consultant
- Completed 1-3 full Kronos implementations
- Version 6.x or greater
- Proficient in QA techniques utilizing best practices, templates and
continuous improvement methods
- Expertise around Pay Rule, Work Rules and Accruals
- Experienced in all phases of Kronos testing (Unit, UAT, Parallel)
- Track record of working under deadlines and executing to project plan
deliverables
- Provide advisory on strategies from lessons learned in previous
successful implementations
- Ability to quickly ramp up and adapt to methodology (in use)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Offers opinions and direction based on expertise and research
- Resilient- works well under pressure
*Desired*
- Understanding of implementing Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA);
from a technical perspective
- Experienced in Attendance, Navigator, and/or Attestation
- Proven level of client-ready documentation for application support
- Knowledgeable about manufacturing operations
- Ability to travel; when needed (Less than 25%)
