This function also is intended to include those that also may define business processes. *Primary Responsibilities:* *Requirements gathering, service-oriented modeling, analysis and design activities* *Develop detailed design specifications* Develop detailed source-to-target data mapping and data transformation rules *Act as the liaison between Business and Systems Analysts, Developers and project management groups within Health Care Company* Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution Develop strategies to improve service development life cycle and governance processes Plan and manage assignments of varying scope Provide a broad business approach Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives Lead pioneering approaches to solve current business opportunities Develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams Provide alternate design solutions along with project estimates Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making Document and consume high-level logical data interaction diagrams Predict emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them Participate in the development of business strategy Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences Produce system analysis documentation while enforcing standards and best practices. Drive analysis strategy and execution discussions Determine project milestones and identifying dependencies Determine cross application dependencies Provide status reporting including risk identification and mitigation strategy development Identify and resolve issues using defined processes, expertise, and judgment. Review estimates Perform IRAAD maintenance Perform overall project coordination Will be expected to function as a mentor for junior developers, providing assistance where needed Will be expected to handle smaller projects completely on their own, including interactions with other teams and 3rd parties for design and architecture Must have strong consultative and presentation skills Company thought leader.
