Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Overseeing development progress on medium to large-scale technical projects and assuring deliverables meet project schedule scope and requirements. - Experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java/J2EE web applications and SOA based distributed (client server) applications. - Experience managing a team implementing web applications and distributed (client server) applications. - Application testing experience including design and implementation of testing plans. - Experience in developing Oracle database schemas, tables, procedures and permissions. - Experience designing and implementing quality assurance processes. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or Public Health. - Experience in managing public sector government IT projects.
