*Interview mode: Phone then F2F* *Job Requirement: * The primary responsibility of this System Analyst will be to analyze business system needs, create design document, create and execute test plan and test cases and track results. Communicate updates to project team, project leads, supervisors and managers *Understand the Application and Analyze the Business and Functional Requirements* Prepare and execute test cases/ scenarios of moderate complexity using appropriate testing technique(s) and verify sufficient test coverage Assist in creating the test data and maintenance, drive preparation and verify readiness of test environment *The System Analyst should have at least five years of experience creating Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Data for large and/or complex projects* *The candidate should have strong GUI design and Testing skills, as well as experience using SQL Server.* Perform various types of testing including system, regression and load tests. *Preferred Skills Required: SQL database knowledge Position Description: * Analyze business system’s needs, working with various levels of end-users to create the logical specifications for software/hardware systems that will provide a solution for the needs of moderation to complex business problems. Performs the research necessary to create technical designs, logical functionality and perform testing which will ensure that business application systems are developed and implemented to meet actual business needs. This position does not involve hands-on programming but focuses on the analysis, design and testing of hardware/software systems.
