*Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills *


Primary Responsibilities :
•       Design and implement efficient procedures for the distribution and
installation of changes to IT systems
•       Ensure implementations are traceable, auditable, compliant and that
only correct, authorized and tested versions are migrated to production
environment
•       Build out Annual Release Plans
•       Build out Release Milestone Dates
•       Conduct weekly Release Management Status Meeting
•       Create Change Management Tickets / IT Releases
•       Release Issue Tracking & Resolution Facilitation ? Conduct IRAAD
review meetings
•       Enterprise Release Plan Reporting ? Weekly Release Status updates
•       Create all UDP required Release artifacts (ex: Release Plan,
Deployment Plan, Deployment Readiness Checklist, Release Closure Memo etc.)
•       Provide release status to stakeholders
•       Manage and coordinate Release Deployment and Post GoLive activities
•       Collaborate closely with business teams to deliver application
release that support Operation Excellence
•       Coordinate with IT and business teams to prioritize enhancements
and defects into releases
•       Apply sounded project and release management disciplines to drive
release successes

Secondary Requirements :
•       Flexible in regards to work timings based on the need
•       Demonstrated analytical, technical, and communication capabilities
•       Ability to prioritize assignments, and work independently as well
as in a team environment.
•       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the
ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
•       Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure to meet
deadlines and manage business expectations.

*Desirable Technical / Functional Skills *

7+ years overall IT experience with emphasis on Information Systems
Development or Business / Information Systems areas (Systems Development
Life Cycle (SDLC) project management)
3+ years of experience working with multiple cross-functional teams in a
highly collaborative environment in the capacity of Release
Engineer/Release Manager
Experience working with Service Now Incident Management tool
Previous experience working in Agile environment
Previous experience with multi-platform release deployment in a development
environment
PMP or similar certification
Proficiency in computer software such as Project, PowerPoint, Excel and
Word
Experience in Business Requirements and Processes
