Send me resumes at <[email protected]> *Job Title*: Business Analyst- Calypso *Location:* Boston, MA *Length:* 6+ months As a Calypso Business Analyst you will work in delivery teams helping clients to drive innovative strategies to improve business performance and manage risk. Typical engagements include assessing the native Calypso capabilities and analytics for support of new asset classes and identify custom solutions needed to client requirements. Provide application support to both business end users as well as the technical teams of other applications which interface with Calypso. Analyze vendor data for quality and requirements for integrating it into Calypso. *PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Gather and translate business requirements for Calypso solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure business requirements are met. · Liaise with the different Calypso business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution configuration. · Respond to support inquiries from Front and Back Office Calypso users. · Manage tracks of work in accordance with projected timelines, budgets and quality standards. · Develop and present solutions and recommendations. · Participate in financial analysis and business case development, applying new conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches. · Participate in business development activities and create strong working relationships with clients. · Be an active participant within a community that provides thought leadership, project support artifacts and analytical concepts for use within the practice. *REQUIREMENTS:* · Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS degree in related field preferred. · Broad experience in a consulting firm or other client-facing role. · Strong business analysis and configuration experience with Calypso. · Solid understanding of the business concepts and capabilities of Calypso as well as business processes, functional designs and requirements for a Calypso implementation/upgrade. · Good understanding of the Capital Markets industry for the end to end transaction lifecycle in any asset class, with a focus on derivatives. · Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions. · Broad experience leading process improvement, comparative analysis and change management projects using a variety of formalized tools and methodologies. · Strong understanding of and ability to create financial models and business cases. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Good team leadership skills and people management experience. · Amit Sr. Recruitment Manager *Zenith tech Solutions* * Desk: **518-621-004* <518-621-0048>*6* * Fax: **518-244-4977* <518-244-4977> * 3 park Hill* *Albany, NY 12204* *[email protected]* <[email protected]> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
