*Skill & Job Description  *

   - Must have a minimum of 8 years of SharePoint Administration experience.
   - MUST have *SharePoint 2013* experience.
   - Experience configuring and managing a SharePoint-based Intranet.
   - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues in a
   Production (high-criticality) environment
   - Experience managing contractors responsible for *Level 1 / Level 2
   supports*.
   - Experience managing remote contractors (India, etc.) is a major plus.
   - Experience leading *Root Cause Analysis (RCA) *teams to
   retrospectively diagnose the causes of an incident,

      as well as propose and institute practices that will prevent
reoccurrence of the incident

   - Familiarity with a ticketing system. We use ServiceNow but experience
   with ServiceNow specifically is not required.
   - Hands on Experience in using Web Parts, Site Collections, Content
   Deployment, InfoPath Forms, Excel Services,

      Business Data Catalogs, Site Columns, Content Types, Authorizations,
Workflows, Advanced Search, Master pages

      and Content pages, Search settings, SharePoint 2013 workflows to
accomplish business needs.

   - Good knowledge of Power Shell commands for SharePoint 2013. Knowledge
   of Microsoft SQL Server, IIS.
   - Experience in backup and restore of the SharePoint portals, site
   collections, sites, lists and libraries.
   - Strong *Performance tuning* skills. Work to ensure that the associated
   hardware resources allocated to the

      SharePoint Farms and to ensure high resilience and performance
tuning.

   - Strong documentation creation and editing skills.  Able to give
   examples of creating documentation and

       leveraging that documentation to improve support processes and
support performance.
