Role: Agile Business Analyst
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 6 Months – will get extend
Position Responsibilities:
The primary duty of the role will be to develop a deep understanding of the
high-level requirements that the Product team has assembled and then work
with Engineering to break those requirements into stories which can be
managed in 2 week sprints.
Engage with Product Management to prioritize sized stories
Engage with Engineering to sequence stories
Develop test cases and test scripts to support testing and acceptance
Identify and raise issues and challenges to Product Management and
Engineering
Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with
colleagues
Position Requirements
5 -7 years of diverse experience in a business analyst role with at least 1
year in direct support of an Agile - Scrum environment
1-2 years of documentable experience writing user stories, using test
suites, and maintaining Scrum backlogs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to
interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and
subject matter experts
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment with tight
deadlines, with minimal supervision
