Kindly rush me resume on [email protected] and you can reach me on 732-385-5020 *** 102 *Reply only to **[email protected] <[email protected]> * *POSITION:* BPM Administration *LOCATION:* Cleveland *Role and Responsibilities:* • In depth knowledge of the IBM WebSphere Lombardi BPM solution with a focus on administration and architecture. • Experience in trouble-shooting applications in a primarily Java/AIX/Linux environment. • Experience with IBM Websphere Environments • Excellent Communication skills. Position requires interactions with multi-discipline teams (with varying experience levels), as well as other engineering groups. Ability to clearly convey technical issues to developers with a range of skill sets. • Self-starter. Able to handle unstructured, complex projects, familiar with consulting techniques familiar with end-to-end design (EX: client server, object, multi-tier, etc) and problem solving. • Technical knowledge of client/server architecture, products, and communication protocols is required. • Experience in designing and coding distributed systems, in multi-platform environment (Windows/linux/zOS). • Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills. • Ability to multi-task. Usually working more than one effort at any one time. • Perform unit, integration and System testing of new BPM solutions. • Ability to work under tight deadlines to deliver high quality software for a new application from scratch. • Work with various testing teams in close collaboration to learn and validate the business user scenarios for functional, systems integrated and user acceptance testing. • Work with the performance testing team to ensure all aspects, user interfaces, integrations and user scenarios of the developed applications can be performance and load tested before actual implementation. • Create detailed design documentation based on technical and business requirements • Collaborate with process architects to document and create test plans • Recognize the potential for reuse of project components, and how to design for reusability *JOB DESCRIPTION:* Required skills, education, and experience: • Minimum 4 years of Administrative experience in BPM • Strong Working experience with BPM tools, preferably IBM Business Process Manager or Lombardi Teamworks software. • Solid proven hands-on development experience in Java & J2EE framework on Unix/Windows environment.
