Could you please go through the below job description and please send me you consultants updated resumes ASAP!! *Skills and Qualifications* Experience 4+ years of Cognos 8.4 or 10 Development experience; Hands on experience and proficiency with Framework Manager, Report Studio, Business Insight Advanced, Query Studio, Transformer and Analysis Studio. 2+ year of Oracle Database and PL/SQL experience. Any ETL tool knowledge and willing to learn and support Oracle Data Integrator. Experience in designing and developing reporting Data Models. Partner with other IT partners including Data, Architecture, and Testing teams to shape solutions. Responsible for identifying issues and risks along with respective resolution and risk mitigation strategies. Skills Cognos 10 Framework Manager, Report Studio, Business Insight Advanced, Active Reports and Query studio. Strong SQL development, analysis and tuning skills. Experience in writing complex PL/SQL code using Packages, procedures and functions. At least one ETL tool knowledge is must. Experience with Oracle Data Integrator tool is a big plus. Proficiency in Data Warehouse concepts Experience with change management process and tools. Good written and verbal communications skills Strong organizational and problem solving skills. Desired (not required) Skills SQL Server 2008 developer skills. Experience with Tableau. Experience with PeopleSoft table structures or HR systems experience.
