Profiles needed- NDS, HSS and nSignia We are looking for one-NDS and HSS engineers to work on deployment and upgrade activates. Location: Irving Tx. Start date: ASAP Project Duration: 6 months. Exp-3-5 Years Activity: Field deployment and upgrade [ *Maintenance window*] *One NDS skill-set requirements: 3-5 Years* Candidates must have sound demonstrable knowledge and experience on the following technologies: · Expert knowledge in NSN products and service delivery platforms. · Experience in integrating and testing one-NDS components. 1. Includes the adding of NE's in NetAct- Nokia tool- Network elements 2. Testing with NetAct to ensure FM/PM data received- frequency and Performance Monitoring 3. Integration into OneNDS System via ADM · One-NDS Functional knowledge of all node types (ADM, FE, BE, PGW, PGW-DS, INS...etc) · One-NDS Application FEs knowledge (Optional) · Experience in One-NDS Upgrade Installation, ExP Upgrade Installation and trouble shooting. · Installation and commissioning of oracle based hardware. · Installation and commissioning of NDS elements on HP Platform · Good understanding on migrations, PGW and customization. · Fair Knowledge of other IMS components such as HSS, PCRF and AAA etc. · UNIX system and scripting experience. · Knowledge on protocols such as TCP/IP, Soap, XML, LDAP. · Strong Customization and software Integration skills in the mobile domain. · Juniper, Cisco and other L2/L3 & security network elements. · Good written and oral communication in English. · Experienced deploying Network elements in a LIVE operational environment Tasks: · Prepare MOP and ATP for the deployment activity. · Review and test deployment MOPs and ATPs in the lab. · Work on the deployment activities such as network integration, debugging issues and providing solution for the integration activity. · Create NEs on NetAct · Verify FM and PM data is sent from NDS elements and received on NetAct · Running ATP after network integration. · Reporting issues using NSN ticketing system and tracking those issues. · Work on the traffic migration and monitoring the network. · Person should able to travel to customer site on the need basis. · The resources need to come to the USA, on-site presence is required because of the access issue. · *Resource need to be committed for an extended period of time*. *HSS Task: 3-5 Years* · Perform HSS 10.1 software installation on HP hardware · Perform MOP testing in the customer lab. · Perform acceptance tests and issue appropriate responses for the testing in the customers lab · Perform the field installation and configuration (not-onsite) *Skill set : * · Mandatory knowledge of NSN HSS, ideally better if he is an expert on NSN HSS (TSP / RTP knowledge) · Excellent knowledge in diameter protocol. · UNIX system and scripting experience. · Knowledge on protocols such as TCP/IP, Soap, XML, LDAP. · Strong Customization and software Integration skills in the mobile domain. · Juniper, Cisco and other L2/L3 & security network elements. · Good written and oral communication in English. · Experienced deploying Network elements in a LIVE operational environment · *nSignia - Lead and SME for (2 People). * Location- Redmond, WA Duration-6 months. Experience- 5-6 years relevant exp. Rates- Open The profile of the lead person - · Expert Knowledge of SS7, IN protocols, SIGTRAN/CIP-IP · Good understanding of all CAMEL flows · Ability to read Protocol Analyzer traces · Shell scripting ability · Deployment experience on HP C-7000 hardware · Able to understand the OA configuration · RAID/BIOS/Disk Mirroring configuration · Scratch installations of nSignia software · Strong knowledge of interfacing with NT-HLR · Ability to write & execute testing for NT HLR and nSignia platforms · Feature · Regression · Load · Stress · IPSL test script writing & executing experience. · Ability to write and execute lab entry documentation, with assistance from the team. · Network impact report · Delta documentation · Acceptance test Plan · Monitoring test plans. · Ability to lead technical team, and interface with the customer · Able to Prepare an Virtual Box with TIAMS media The profile of the SME will be similar to the above but with less knowledge in areas. The lead & interfacing with the customer is not a necessary skill for this SME.
