Ø This position is for a Senior .NET Developer for the purpose of building web based applications using Microsoft Technologies. He / She should have solid experience with ASP.NET, C#.NET, JQuery and MS SQL Server. Knowledge of AJAX, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, XML, SSRS etc. is highly beneficial. *The major responsibilities include,* • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications, design and develop applications. • Test and debug the applications and work on maintaining the existing systems which are in production. • Perform software estimation for assigned tasks and task allocation to junior developers. • Mentor junior resources to learn newer technologies, guide them on their tasks and perform code review. • Work in a team environment and have effective communication with the technical lead to communicate open issues. • Coordinate with other teams to facilitate build, deployment, configuration and support of applications. • Create required technical documentation and adhere to standard coding standards. *The desired qualifications for this job include,* • Organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently. • Great analysis and design skills, along with the ability to complete projects and tasks on time in and effective and robust manner. • Good verbal and written communication skills, including good technical documentation skills. Knowledge of UML is a plus. • Good understanding of the software development process.
