*Interview mode: Phone then Skype* * Job Description: *• Perform PL/SQL development for medium to large projects for applications that support firm’s business, primarily supporting preparation of their systems for account growth. This includes both batch and online systems. • Perform analysis of the performance of nightly batch and other systems and submit reports and recommendations to management. • Must possess and utilize PL/SQL expertise, DBA skills in order to properly develop and modify internal applications. • Work with other developers to design efficient solutions. • Provide guidance and suggest resolutions to production support team. *• 4 year college degree in technical field plus relevant work experience or at least 10 years of relevant experience required. • Must be self-motivated, customer focused and a team player and have proven problem solving skills along with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.* • Must have technically lead projects in the past. • Must have an understanding of schema design and maintenance. • Must be an excellent communicator and be able to convey recommendations to supervisors and leadership. *TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong Oracle skills. Versions: 8i, 9i, 10g, and 11g. • Strong UNIX and/or Linux Skills:* • HP-UX or RHLE. • Shell and scripting with korn, shell and bash. • At least 10 years of SQL and PL/SQL experience. • Tools: OEM, SQL*Loader, imp/exp, SQL*Plus and SQL Developer.
