*Duration: 6+ Months* *Interview mode: Phone then Skype* * Job Description: *5+ years’ experience in business/systems analysis • Adept in analysis, design and preparation of analytical artifacts/deliverables including but not limited to o Requirements Documentation o Process Flows and Process Mapping o Data Flows and Data Mapping o Rule Documentation o Use Cases o User Interface Requirements o Functional Specifications o Current and Future State Diagrams o Traceability o Gap Analysis • Experience in insurance/healthcare industry • Experience in ObamaCare and the Affordable Care Act (ACA) • Strong understanding of product/portfolio management • Strong understanding of SDLC • Strong written and verbal communication skills • CBAP a plus • ExchangeLink – Focus on EDI formats (834), enrollment and maintenance - Cobol, DB2, SQL and batch processing. • SalesLink/ServiceLink Online - Product focus is on web services. Architecture/Framework – SOA, J2EE, Ecommerce frameworks (ofBIZ / Websphere commerce). Web development –background on multi-tenant / transaction intrinsic websites involving multi-channel customer/agent interactions fulfilling Member Services (maintenance) functionality. PHP4/5, JAVA, SQL. Healthcare and web experience required. • ServiceLink – Product focus is more technical experience - JAVA, Cobol, DB2, SQL. Financial and healthcare background required.
