Position Title: *Application Developer for SOA* Duration:- 6 months -12 months ( Extendable) Location:- Phoenix, AZ Job Position: Application Developer for SOA (Contract Position) *Job Description:* Oracle SOA Developer will be responsible for design, development of SOA/OSB applications for integrating various for City of Phoenix - Aviation Technology Division. In addition, the person must be able to help write documentation for said application and cross-train staff on said applications. *Qualifications:* Design and develops SOA BPEL composites using Oracle JDeveloper 12c Develops Rules engine using Oracle JDeveloper 12c Develops web services using SOA Suite JCA Adapters, XML (XSLT, XPath, XQuery etc.) and Java technologies Prepares documentation for code changes (detailed design and deployment documentation) Coordinates with architects to ensure design patterns and implementation standards are understood and followed. Strong understanding Integration with Oracle SOA Suite 12c Hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle i.e. requirements, design, implementation, integration testing, deployment and post production support Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture concepts and principles *Skills:* 5 + years Solid experience with SOA/SCA, Web services, ESB, SOA technologies Oracle SOA Suite 11c demonstrated hands on experience Must have experience with SOA suite based BPEL, JCA Adapters, FMW and Rules engine.
