Install, configure, maintain and test server hardware, handle all phases of migrations and upgrades. Identify and script solutions for the efficiency and to proactively improve the infrastructure Monitor all AIX policies and enforce compliance to all AIX security policies. Monitor and perform hardware and software upgrades to AIX servers including operating systems and applications. Coordinate with various teams for disaster planning and perform network backup and monitor recovery processes. Manage and document AIX systems, operational procedures and monitor hardware inventory for the environment. Participate in on-call support on rotational basis.
