*Job Title* Lead and Senior SharePoint Developer *Technical/Functional Skills* · SharePoint 2010 Experience · SharePoint migration (2010-2013) · SharePoint Search and FAST Search · FAST Administration, configuration and tuning · FAST Optimization for Search excellence · Search Managed Properties Administration · SharePoint 2010 Development including: · Web Parts and Visual Web Parts · Page layouts · Master Pages · Site Definition · Client Object Model · SharePoint 2010 Content types, List definitions, and Field Definitions · SharePoint 2010 Workflows · SharePoint 2010 web services · WFC web services development for SharePoint 2010 · HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery, Knockout.js) · SharePoint 2010 Business Connectivity Service definitions · Mobile SharePoint · Performance evaluation tool expertise, specifically Gomez, dynaTrace and Cardiologs · SharePoint taxonomy fields and Metadata services · User Profiles properties read/write via API · Visual studio 2012 with TFS · Mature onsite/offsite project development and support experience · Proactive site performance experience · Excellent component testing skills · Significant experience in Scrum methodology · Automated Unit Testing Framework (NUnit or Visual Studio) *Experience Required* Minimum 7+ (Lead Developer) and 5-7 (Senior Developer) Years of IT experience *Roles & Responsibilities* · Develop new features and functionality for custom SharePoint 2010 intranet. · Bug Fixing - as QA identifies bugs in our Staging and Production environments, they will be assigned to a team member. · Identify issues related to networking environments. E.g. connectivity issues, load balancing misconfiguration, firewalls, blocked ports, etc. · Identify issues related to IIS stack; stopped services, overloaded response queue, etc. · Identify and resolve code exceptions in web parts and custom pages · Troubleshoot mobile issues · Read IIS logs, event logs, and ULS logs to track and resolve unexpected user issues · Identify and resolve PBKAC issues such as deleted documents and libraries, loss of access to sites and libraries, and bad web page configuration · Identify problems with SharePoint service applications; install and configure service applications as needed · Identify and resolve issues with FAST Search · Improve “findability” of content within the Intranet · Identify and resolve access issues to lists, libraries, and sites · Identify and resolve NewsGator/Sitrion update activities issues · Identify and resolve issues related to user permission settings in web applications, sites, and service applications · Work with the Infrastructure support groups to solve larger issues in the environments · Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd parties (Microsoft and other vendors) and work with resolving team · Monitor, identify, test and resolve any performance issues in Staging and Production environments *Generic Managerial Skills* · Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills · Proven good proactive inter-team communications · Inform manager in advance of all time off including personal vacation and holidays · Flexible schedule to accommodate all meetings as well as attending Staging and Production build calls as part of the support team. · Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) · Experience working on, and supporting, critical business applications in a global company · Excellent troubleshooting skills in online applications · Experience collaborating on larger software projects via Visual Studio, TFS and related tools · Experience utilizing Scrum methodology for project deliverables *Regards, Aabhas Swami IDC TECHNOLOGIES INC Direct: 408-457-9399 Ext 2057 Email: **[email protected]* <[email protected]> * Address: 1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116, Milpitas, CA , USA, 95035* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
