Send me resumes at <[email protected] <[email protected]>> Boston, MA 6 month+ contract *Main responsibilities include:* • Troubleshooting of infrastructure issues with Hyperion administrator and Hardware support team • Assist Hyperion administrator in migration of Hyperion applications • Patching of Hyperion software • Scheduled and ad-hoc reboot of Hyperion servers and services • Coordinate with Hyperion administrator on any patching and outage activities on the server • Work with infrastructure support team and Hyperion administrator during disaster recovery testing • Work with Hyperion Admin on month end activities and planned enhancements to provide support • Work with vendor technical support on technical issues and defects. • Drives issues resolution calls with all the appropriate vendors • Archival and purging of Hyperion system files such as logs, audit data etc. • Perform scheduled and ad-hoc Hyperion application level backups • Review server performance metrics, analyze Hyperion logs and ongoing tuning of Hyperion system *Requirements* Resources with at least 5-10 years of IT experience with following: • Oracle Hyperion Shared Services, Workspace, HFM, FDMEE, DRM and Financial reporting. • WebLogic application server. Experience with Installation/Upgrade/Patching with Hyperion • Migration experience of application from non-production to production environment • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem solving abilities • Good written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present ideas in user friendly language • Ability to conduct research into Hyperion technology issues, standards, and products • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
