   - Hands on experience implementing ADDM.
   - ITIL and Process knowledge.



*Responsibilities:*

   - Provide subject expertise for solutions integration and implementation
   using Tideway  service automation tools.
   - Tideway ADDM Administration, planning, design, installation, set-up on
   windows and Linux platform.
   - Discovery & Dependency Mapping (ADDM) applications.
   - Perform integration activities to include programming work flow,
    Service mappings ,enhancements & integrations with BMC Remedy Asset
   Management, CMDB .
   - Manage daily operations of discovery scans across the IT enterprise
   for Computer System, Software, Server, and Network, Configuration Items
   (CIs).
   - Process and distribute reports of results of Discovery scans.
   - Document Topology Models consisting of Services and related CIs using
   Discovery applications.
   - Create & maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, &
   process diagrams supporting & communicating changes to applications.
