*Informatica Powercentre* *Job Title* Jr. ETL Developer (Powercenter Informatica) *Relevant Experience* *(in Yrs)* 4 + Years *Technical/Functional Skills* - Minimum 4 years of industry experience in ETL design and development. - Must have full lifecycle project experience as a developer in designing and developing ETL Jobs. - Deep understanding of Microsoft SQL and Oracle Database, standards and best practices - Design and development of ETL solutions to load Data Warehouse/Data Marts. - Hands-on experience with a reporting tool like Business Objects preferred. - Industry experience in design and development on Eagle ACCESS or Markit EDM is preferred. *Experience Required* 4 + Years *Roles & Responsibilities* - Develop/Modify Informatica Mappings/Workflows and PL SQL Procedures - Develop/Modify the Markit/Eagle ETL design, manage ETL development activities from inception to completion including interdependencies with other teams. - Develop Solutions in Markit EDM to implement complex Business Solutions using data porter and data Flow etc.. - Develop Processes in Eagle ACCESS to implement complex Business Solutions Eagle generic Streams and Data Uploaders - Capture new requirements or changed requirements to load Data and estimate the level of effort to implement enhancements. - Plan and execute Quality Assurance testing with the QA team and resolve QA defects - Plan and manage QA and Production releases and ensure they are deployed smoothly - Analyze requirements and formulate an appropriate technical solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements. - Take an active role in the cross-functional design and coordinate with offshore ETL team throughout. - Work closely and foster strong relationships with data architecture team, database administration and data consumers (e.g., reporting and interfaces teams) to design warehouse/BI data structures. - Assist in the design of the ETL solution; review the ETL low-level design and design phase deliverables. - Manage the build phase and quality-assure the code to ensure that it meets requirements and adheres to standards; resolve difficult design and build issues; troubleshoot bugs. *Generic Managerial Skills* · Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously · Strong communication and organizational skills · Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables · Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes *Education* Bachelor’s Degree *Start* *date* (dd-mmm-yy) Immediate *Duration of assignment *(in Months) 12 Months *Work Location* Stamford, CT *Regards,Aabhas SwamiIDC TECHNOLOGIES INCDirect: 408-457-9399 Ext 2057Email: **[email protected]* <[email protected]> * Address: 1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116, Milpitas, CA , USA, 95035* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
