I have an urgent requirement below, please go through it and share your updated profile ASAP at *a <[email protected]>[email protected] <[email protected]>* *ServiceNow Admin/Developer - Looking for Orchestration experience* *San Francisco, CA/El Dorado Hills, CA - Open for remote* * 3 months + * The admin/developer will lead in configuring and developing on the BSC instance of service now in the areas of Incident and event management and possibly integrations to change management and other monitoring ticket types already in place. This role will work closely with IT Infrastructure and IT Service Management teams to develop and enhance the IT Service Management capabilities in ServiceNow. Admin will help develop and enhance the ServiceNow tool, Configure Events Management Application, UI, Workflow and applications along with integrations with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Netcool. The admin will Facilitate design, integrations, development, and rollout the event management tool, Service now orchestration/automation of infrastructure or application based workflow, and integration to the existing incident and/or change management tools at Client of California. The admin must be able to handle updates to configuration sets. Creating UI Policies and Scripts. Understand the requirements of ITSM Program technological scope, its complexity, and required functionality. He/She will assist in the definition and validation of business requirements, determine scope, estimate work effort and determine duration of development activities. He/She must be self motivated and work with minimal supervision. The admin will also Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible consistency across development, stage, testing and production environments. The admin will ensure that the latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption. Implement Service-Now customization including, but not limited to: Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports. Conduct technical preparation to perform process automation as requirement from service-now to other plugins and 3rd party sources. The Admin will document and deliver knowledge transfer to the existing Admin team upon completion of this assignment. Skills Successfully implementation Event management and usage of Service now Orchestration required 3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a medium to large enterprise environment. (7,500 employees or larger) 4+ years of experience with application development experience (SDLC, Agile Scrum, etc.) 3+ years' experience with JavaScript 3+ years' experience with various web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP) or comparable web design. 1-2 years experience in designing and developing SOAP and RESTful web services. 1-2 years experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle Knowledge of Service now scripting and complementary technologies such as Microsoft Powershell scripting, SSH Command etc... Possess an in-depth working knowledge of the technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Configuration Management, Reporting, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, Inbound/Outbound emails, and Discovery.
